Vicwood Venetian Wood Blinds and components

One of the most recent products manufactured by Vicwood Group is finally available and ready for shipment to our customers. We offer four series of natural and engineered wood slats, valances and bottom rails for Venetian blinds.

For manufacturers of window blinds

We are offering custom-cut wood slats, valances and bottom rails so that you can make Venetian blinds in your mill. If you are expressly looking for this material, please indicate the specifications you require for your market.

Our Athena Series with 18 patterns has a silky feel.

Our Baroque Series with 8 patterns has an antique look.

Our Venus Series with 15 patterns is "a little bit country."

Our Sycamore Series with 11 patterns is made from our engineered veneer (EV Sycamore), and an FSC certificate is available upon request. Please note that if you require FSC-certified material that you mention this when asking for a quotation or order as we have both FSC-certified EV Sycamore (FSC) and non-FSC-certified EV Sycamore (Regular). The colour charts are the same for FSC and Regular. And of course as with all our other engineered veneer products, they have the following advantages over natural wood:

• Beautiful, straight grain and defect free.
• A higher percentage of long slats/valances/bottom rails with less defects, providing our customers with a higher utilization yield when cut to size and during fabrication.
• Elegant and sturdy.

Slat = 3mm x 50.2mm
Valance = 8mm x 63mm
Bottom rail = 16mm x 50mm

Percentages on length:

25% of 2440mm and 2500mm
50% of 1525mm, 1835mm and 2135mm
25% of 915mm and 1220mm

Quantity: +/-10% of each colour and each length.
